A thorough risk assessment for the yacht, based on its operating plans and environment, and the specific needs of its owner

EVALUATION

Based on the risk assessment, Command at Sea International evaluates external threats and vulnerabilities

MITIGATION STRATEGY

The risk assessment and threat evaluation is used to develop a proposed mitigation strategy, which is presented to the owner and yacht manager for feedback and comment

OPERATIONAL PLAN

Based on the feedback, a comprehensive Operational Plan and budget is developed for owner approval

CONSULTING SUPPORT

Upon approval, Command at Sea International assembles a skilled consulting and support team to implement the Operational Plan

EXECUTION

Command at Sea International works closely with the owner’s Captain, Project Manager, Shipyard, Designer, Naval Architect, Class Society and/or Flag State to execute the Operational Plan

EVALUATIONS

Upon completion, the Operational Plan continues to be monitored and evaluated for changing threats and vulnerabilities, personnel performance and changing technologies
